By accessing and using CyberGuard's security monitoring platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.

You agree to use CyberGuard only for lawful purposes:
- You must have authorization to scan any domains or IP addresses you add to the platform
- You may not use the service to harm, exploit, or attack third-party systems
- You may not attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our security systems
- You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- You may not resell or redistribute our services without written permission
- You must not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
5. Subscription and Payment
Some features require a paid subscription. You agree to pay all fees associated with your account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Prices may change with 30 days notice.
6. Data and Content
You retain ownership of data you submit to CyberGuard. You grant us a license to process this data solely for providing our services. We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our services and for security research.
7. Service Level
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for temporary service interruptions. We will provide notice of scheduled maintenance when possible.
8. Limitation of Liability
CyberGuard is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CyberGuard and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service and your data will be removed within 30 days.
11. Intellectual Property
CyberGuard and its associated trademarks, logos, and content are our property. You may not use our branding or content without written permission. Our software and algorithms are protected by copyright and trade secret laws.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
13. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
